Order Processing
Orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Estimated Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout when available. International orders may take longer due to customs, local carriers, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders
